Overview
The Cold Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients who have had no prior interaction with the company.

Specific Skills
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain composure under pressure
Responsible For
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers or clients and create a target list.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers or clients and introduce the company’s products or services
- Use persuasive language and objection-handling skills to generate interest in the company’s offerings.
- Qualify leads by gathering information on their needs, budget, and decision-making process
- Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain a detailed record of all calls made, including call logs, call duration, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales. Stay up to date on the company’s products, services, and pricing plans.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve communication and sales skills
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
