Responsible For
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Handle end-to-end client management— from requirement gathering, project planning, and progress tracking to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal web, app, and software development teamsto ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Assign tasksto the respective teams, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the business development teamto prepare customized pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients.
  • Ensure timely deliveryof projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiencywithin the team.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growththrough client retention, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and executionto achieve company growth objectives.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field(master’s degree preferred).
  • 4–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Key Account Management, or Project Coordinationin the IT industry.
  • Strong technical understandingof web development, app development, and software lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools(e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teamsand managing client expectations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
